Bay Area Paint and Tile (281 382 6479, mr.saenz@att.net, bayareapaintandtile.com), recently Completed a Water Restoration Project! It consisted of removing water damage sheetrock, insulation, and baseboard for several rooms and doing all the repairs necessary! All water damaged area listed above were removed and bagged for trash; it consisted of all the ceiling sheetrock, lower one foot sheetrock (perimeter), and all baseboard. We Performed Water Restoration (removed all moisture with Air Movers and Dehumidifiers)! All the repairwork followed including ceiling/wall sheetrock, insulation, baseboard and painting (ceilings, walls, baseboard – oil enamel). Pics show primarily during (first set of 10 pics) and after process (last 9 pics). Tenants/Owner very pleased with cleanliness, professionalism, quality and efficiency (performed quickly)!
