I was in need of a company to repair my gutters. They are the original gutters since 1988 and they looked awful. I called Bay Area Paint and Tile company and spoke to the owner to get a bid. He did the bid in two days and followed through on everything that I had asked for. His crew came out, and in three days my gutters looked great. All nice and strait, corners fixed, all holes filled, pressure washed primed and painted. Crew was very helpful and courteous as was the owner. I would recommend this company for a lot of jobs. I will be calling them again for other jobs to my home.

The interior of my home in Santa Fe, Texas was painted by Johnny Saenz, Bay Area Paint & Tile and the outcome was beautiful and the price was very competitive. Johnny’s crew of painters worked at a steady pace and were very considerate by working quietly due to my night shift work schedule. We recently had a need to have a leaky window repaired & the back fence replaced at a rental home owned by my late father-in-law’s estate before the house is sold. Once again we called Bay Area Paint & Tile…not only because Johnny Saenz is a friend of mine, but because he & his crew have done quality work for us in the past. From painting interior rooms in our house to installing flooring just a couple of months ago. When we’re ready to have something else done we will be calling Johnny again. In completing the renovation of the Church Parsonage in under 4 weeks, first-off, I could not have done it without the support provide by Bay Area Paint and Tile. Y’all did the lion’s share of the work including drywall repair, replacing the attic stairs, painting the walls, ceilings, and moldings, replacement of all linoleum with porcelain tile, the rebuild of the master shower with tile, and finally the replacement of all the carpet. I appreciated your interface with Alliance Plumbing for toilet resets and replacement of plumbing fixtures. Our new pastor is now appreciating having effectively a brand new house. Your project manager’s attention to detail was appreciated as Richard frequently caught little issues that escaped my immediate attention when punch-listing.

Bay Area Paint & Tile painted my house from top to bottom, and installed a wall of stone/ceramic tile in the fall of 2012. They did a fantastic job. After living in a rent house for the past four years there are a lot of little repairs that are needed. Based on the recommendations of many friends and neighbors my wife and I selected Bay Area Paint & Tile to repair the home we live in before our landlords came out to visit. Bay Area Paint & Tile did a great job fixing the sheet rock damage in our garage and repairing a door frame that the dogs had chewed up. The resulting repairs were done so professionally that they looked brand new. Johnny Saenz was able to schedule a work crew around our busy schedule and worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. We will certainly be using Bay Area Paint & Tile again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The guys at Bay Area Paint & Tile did a wonderful job installing the flooring in the rest of our house that matched some work we had done by another company last year. The transition worked out great…you can’t tell that the other rooms were not done at the same time as the initial ones. If you are looking for a professional that is very meticulous to paint your home and has a thorough knowledge of all the different types of paints, you cannot do better than to go with Bay Area Paint and Tile. His painters recently painted our house in League City and did a beautiful job with matching the paint color we already had on the walls.

Johnny Saenz’s company, Bay Area Paint & Tile, did two fairly large projects for me at the house I recently purchased. The first project was to remove wallpaper from 3 and rooms, remove a wall of mirrors and then texturize the walls. Later i requested they come back and paint the walls which was the second project.

The men who performed the work were very professsional, polite and worked quickly and quietly. Everything was spotlessly cleaned at the end of each day.

We had been having severe mildew/mold on the ceilings of our front and rear patios of our home. Last April I contacted several painters to give recommendations on how to solve the problem. One of the bids I obtained was from Bay Area Paint & Tile. Johnny Saenz spent a significant amount of time determining the causes of the mildew/mold and even had samples analyzed to determine the best treatment, primer and paint to address the problem. The other bids we received were to power wash and repaint as before without any consideration of the severe problems I had. I decided to go with Bay Area Paint & Tile and was very pleased with the results. The job was completed quickly and the patios look great. They were very concerned with keeping the area clean and with no paint getting on the brick or patio. The patios look great and remain free of any mildew and mold.

This spring I decided to repaint the remainder of the house. Once again Johnny Saenz spent an extended time walking the house with me and documenting in detail the complete job scope. The crew did an excellent job. They were very courteous and completed the job quickly and protected the non-painted areas, which was very important to me. The house looks great. I had dinning room walls and other area of the house that was affected by damages due to a long term and hidden leak in the roof, from a new roof that was replaced after hurricane Ike. The team from Bay Area Paint and Tile did an excellent job of identifying the problem areas, recommending repairs that were needed and completing in a timely manner. All work that was needed and suggested was completed as approved. I will not hesitate to request there services in the future for both repairs and home improvement projects. My wife is real picky about dusk, as we have a elderly parent in the house, and they did a great job on minimizing dusk and maintaining a clean work environment

Great company to work with. Detailed estimates and helpful through entire effort to rebuild our master bath. Had some communication issues but quickly resolved.

Johnny’s crew did an excellent job on our commercial metal building. The building had started to rust in one corner and the grommets were starting to wear out. They power washed and applied anti rust prohibiter plus several coats of sealer. They also removed and replaced the worn grommets. The roof look new in that section, we are very pleased with the work Highly recommend them!

Bay Area Paint and Tile is a great company to work with. We have been working with them for the past year to repair Harvey damage. They are there when we need them and do absolutely beautiful work. Our tile stairs are gorgeous and Johnny’s employees went the extra mile to assist us with our tile choices. His painters are superb at what they do. We had our downstairs exterior painted and the painters are meticulous in every detail. We then chose to have our kitchen cabinets painted and they look beautiful–brand new. The preparation that goes into every job is awesome–every square inch not being painted was covered and protected. We definitely can recommend Bay Area Paint and Tile.

I had some previous ceiling damage upstairs and downstairs as a result of a leak from the AC’s in the attic. Johnny Saenz came out and made a personal visit with recommendations for the repair work. He sent a crew out and the level of detail and care they took while repairing Sheetrock and painting without leaving a mess was exceptional and very professional. Bay Area Paint &Tile did a great job, quickly, neatly, and thoroughly painting my exterior trim, caulking windows, refinishing front door and cleaning/painting patio cover at a reasonable price. Will certainly consider them for future work.

BAP&T removed the old wallpaper from our hall bath and retextured the walls so we can paint. The workers were respectful and cleaned up so that I hardly knew work had been done. They protected the hardwood floors in the hall ways very well. We will use them again to redo our master bath in the future.

We had several bids on painting our home and we chose Bay Area Paint and Tile. We were very happy with the work that was done. They spent two days just prepping our home to be painted, whereas the last person we used just came in and painted all in one day. There was some small repairs to be made but most of the prep work was pressure washing, caulking and masking the windows and bricks.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Area Paint to anyone.

Johnny and his men painted the exterior of our home and garage in late December 2018 through to early January 2019, along with some repairs, and did excellent work. Johnny was very thorough and took his time with his evaluation of what our needs were for our home. One repair we had completed was with part of our ceiling where water had leaked through. You cannot even tell where the sheet rock was cut out and the texture was matched without flaw. The crew paid particular attention to detail on the exterior paint and re-checked everything, getting even the most minor detail fixed. Our house looks so much nicer and no longer appears faded. Both he and his crew are very polite and hard workers. Thank you Johnny (and crew) for a wonderful job. Johnny Saenz and company did an exceptional job restoring our house at 218 W. Bayou Dr. from the flood damage from Harvey. Johnny came and surveyed the damage, gave us a fair quote and had his crew begin the repairs. The quality and professionalism of the work done was fantastic.
