Job scope consisted of power washing, prepping and painting the
exterior of gazebo inConstellation Pointe neighborhood. A
considerable amount of mold was present prior to treatment and
power wash.
Prep work consisted of caulking seam areas necessary
and spackling holes from removal of nails from string of lights.
There was also a rust factor; especially for underside of the metal
topcap (treated for rust/removed and rust inhibitor primed). Stucture
itself was painted a light tan color and the detail lettering black.
HOA approved and was pleased with results! Another satisfied
