Bay Area Paint and Tile (281 382 6479, mr.saenz@att.net, bayareapaintandtile.com) recently completed a Storm Damage Project which consisted of several sheetrock repairs, baseboard installation (trim paint also), shoe mold installation (prefab wood flooring) and wall paint. Also performed for homeowner was ceiling paint for all of the home areas where water damage for walls was present. We repaired approx one large patch and 5 smaller patch areas for water damage, and extensive amount of holes above the baseboard line. Entry/hallway, living room, bedroom/hallway, kitchen, breakfast area, mud room and formal dining room were all painted for walls and ceilings (pictured walls). Sherwin Williams Duration Matte finish (scrubbable and durable) was used for all walls and SW superpaint flat for all ceilings. We convinced the homeowner to use the Duration Matte instead of traditional flat (much better/durable)! Homeowner was very pleased will All Results of Everything Performed!
