recently completed an exterior stucco paint project! It consisted of the rear section of
home for all 3 stories (top to bottom, neighbors property line over to corner – actual
main side of home). It also included 3 partial section adjacent areas. Prep work
consisted of treating home with outdoor bleach and power washing, repair all stucco
cracks and holes; not pictured (slate tile for both balconies; power washed also and 2
coats of sealer applied and caulked top perimeter of vertical tile). Home included 2
different colors of Sherwin Williams Emerald Satin (dark tan and beige); actual tape
lines for 5 section areas (vertical) to differentiate neighbors homes. All Paint Applied
for Consistency and Coverage! Another Satisfied Customer for Bay Area Paint and Tile!
