Bay Area Paint and Tile (281 382 6479, mr.saenz@att.net, bayareapaintandtile.com), recently completed an Exterior Painting Project which consisted of prepping the trim siding for section areas pictured, prime and paint. The first 5 sets of pictured are before and after with the exception of the first picture (after first), and the last 3 pictures are after pictures. On this particular project (no pics – lighting poor) we also painted oil enamel for interior doors/frames, window sills, columns; stairway walls and ceiling (latex), bannister repair, remote control ceiling fan and numerous sheetrock repairs performed poorly (previous contractor). Homeowner was very pleased and added more work items at the end of the project! All Work was Performed with a Spirit of Excellence!
